Nature Therapy

Rooted in connection

“Most people are on the world, not in it”

Nature Therapy

Nature Therapy is an opportunity to go out for a walk and find you really went in. Nature therapy follows the practice of shinrin-yoku beyond the boundaries of the forest canopy. We take time to slow down, open our senses, and welcome the present moment as we connect with nature through moments of movement, meditation, and invitation.

Nature therapy walks offer connection opportunities for those who prefer a more open environment and/or trails accessible for all levels of mobility.
